Scope

These terms cover your use of codart.in. They do not govern any project we carry out for you — that is covered by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and where the two disagree, that agreement wins.

The content on this site

We describe our services as accurately as we can, but nothing on this site is a quotation or an offer capable of acceptance. Scope, timelines, and prices are only binding once they are in a signed agreement.

Enquiries

Please send only information you are entitled to share. Do not submit confidential material through the enquiry form — if a project needs it, we will put a non-disclosure agreement in place first.

Intellectual property

The design, code, and copy of this site belong to Codart. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the site remain the property of their respective owners, and naming a technology does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

Ownership of project work

For work we are engaged to carry out, you own the source code and infrastructure we produce for you, on the terms set out in the project agreement.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
